Ten rental categories
List vehicles, property and spaces, event and party equipment, construction equipment, media and creative gear, technology, fashion, power and energy, home and business equipment, and outdoor items.
Fields that fit each category
Vehicles record plate number, chassis number, make, model, year, seats, transmission and fuel type. Property records type, address, bedrooms, furnishing and size.
Documents with expiry dates
Vehicle listings record roadworthiness, insurance and registration with expiry dates tracked. Construction equipment records a safety or inspection certificate. You get a WhatsApp reminder 90, 30 and 7 days before something expires, and again if it becomes overdue.
Maintenance records
Keep maintenance records such as vehicle service and tire changes, equipment inspection and service, and dry cleaning for fashion rentals.
Deposit, condition, driver or operator
Record a security deposit on any listing. Where it applies, note the condition (new, excellent, good or fair) and whether a vehicle comes with a driver or equipment comes with an operator.
