Can I limit how many people use a code?
Yes. Set a usage limit and the code stops working once it is reached. Leave it blank for unlimited use.
Can I schedule a promotion for later?
Yes. Set a start time and an expiry time. A code that has not started yet shows as scheduled.
Can I make a code for new customers only?
Yes. Turn on first order only and the code works for customers with no earlier orders.
Can I stop one customer using a code many times?

Where can customers use my codes?
Codes are validated automatically at checkout on your online store and WhatsApp channel, and at the POS.
Can I turn a code off?
Yes. Switch it off at any time and switch it back on later.
What happens when I delete a code?
It is deactivated. It stays in your list marked inactive, so you keep the record of how many times it was used.
Can I limit a code to certain products?
Codes you create apply to your whole store.
Can my staff create discount codes?
Managing discount codes is limited to the owner and admin roles, so a shop assistant cannot hand out codes on their own.
