What is Zerrar?
Zerrar is Nigeria's premium marketplace where buyers discover and shop from verified vendors selling fashion, hair, beauty, jewelry, kids products, wellness, and home lifestyle items. Every vendor on Zerrar is identity-verified and accountable.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No. You can browse all vendors and products without an account. To place an order you only need to provide your name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout β no account required.
Is Zerrar available across Nigeria?
Yes. Zerrar has vendors across all 36 states including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and more. Delivery is available nationwide.
What categories does Zerrar cover?
Fashion, Hair, Beauty, Jewels, Kids, Wellness, and Home. We are constantly adding new verified vendors across all categories.

Buying & Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse vendors by category or location, click on any store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation instantly.
Can I order from multiple vendors at once?
Currently each order is placed with one vendor at a time. You can place separate orders from multiple vendors.
How will I know when my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email immediately after payment is confirmed. The vendor is also notified instantly.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation by contacting the vendor directly via WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has not been dispatched, most vendors will accommodate the cancellation. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
What happens if a vendor runs out of stock after I order?
If a vendor cannot fulfil your order due to stock issues, they are required to notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or an alternative product. If this does not happen, contact Zerrar Support.

What payment methods are accepted?
Zerrar accepts Bank Transfer, Debit and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), USSD (works on any phone without internet), QR Code, and Pay on Delivery (where offered by the vendor). All methods are available automatically at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on Zerrar?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, Flutterwave, and Monnify β Nigeria's leading PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your card details never touch Zerrar's servers directly.
What is Pay on Delivery?
Pay on Delivery means you pay cash when your order arrives. This option is only available on vendors who explicitly offer it. Note that Pay on Delivery orders are not covered by the same instant Buyer Protection as prepaid orders.
I was charged but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
This is usually a temporary processing delay. Wait 15 minutes and check your email and WhatsApp. If you still have not received confirmation, email [email protected] with your name and the approximate time of payment.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the vendor's location and the courier used. Same-day and next-day delivery is available for orders within Lagos. Nationwide delivery typically takes 2β5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time delivery updates via WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on the vendor's storefront.
What if my order is delayed?
Contact the vendor via WhatsApp first. If the delay is significant and the vendor is unresponsive, email [email protected] and we will investigate.
My order shows delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do?
Contact the vendor immediately and also email [email protected]. This is covered under Zerrar Buyer Protection. We will investigate using the courier's tracking data and issue a refund if the delivery cannot be verified.

How do I return an item?
Contact the vendor directly via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, or click "Request Return" on your order page. Include photos of the issue. Do not send the item back without vendor approval.
What is eligible for return?
Items that are not as described, damaged on arrival, wrong item received, or counterfeit. Change of mind is generally not eligible unless the vendor's policy allows it.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days to your original payment method. USSD/mobile money refunds may arrive within 1β3 business days.
What if the vendor refuses my return?
If your return is valid and the vendor refuses, escalate to Zerrar Support at [email protected]. We will review the evidence and make a binding decision within 5 business days.

How are vendors verified on Zerrar?
Every vendor goes through an identity and business verification process before receiving the gold Verified Badge. This includes providing valid business documentation and agreeing to Zerrar's Vendor Terms, which include buyer protection obligations.
Can I trust a vendor without the Verified Badge?
All active vendors on Zerrar have agreed to our Terms of Service. The Verified Badge indicates additional identity verification. We recommend checking a vendor's reviews and ratings before purchasing from newer stores.
How do I contact a vendor?
Every vendor storefront has a WhatsApp button. Click it to start a conversation directly with the vendor. You can ask about products, availability, custom orders, or delivery before placing an order.
Can I report a vendor?
Yes. If you have a poor experience with a vendor β including dishonest listings, non-delivery, or bad communication β email [email protected] with your order details. We take all complaints seriously.

Buyer Protection
What is Zerrar Buyer Protection?
Zerrar Buyer Protection is an automatic guarantee on every purchase. If your item does not arrive, is not as described, arrives damaged, or the vendor stops communicating, Zerrar will step in and issue a refund where eligible.
How do I make a Buyer Protection claim?
Contact the vendor first and give them 48 hours to respond. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a summary of the issue.
How long do I have to make a Buyer Protection claim?
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible unless a hidden defect could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.
